Her face bold,
Shinning in the suns light
Her smile warm,
holding her head up.
her heart warm
walking amongst the angels.
her manner,
a puzzle, interesting.
with her tongue
she captures, pleases
deep inside,
her scars tease
wounds refuse to heal!
yet she refuses to give in
a hero in disguise
she looked at me,
scars outside, loud
what i was thinking, she felt
she knew in her heart to speak..
we all bear scars
her wise heart spoke to me!
scars, mark of our identity.
she smiled despite her pain
her strength overcoming weakness.
scars she bore, deep inside
she wills to live
our angel in pain!
she longs to see tommorrow
the end aint near
courage and strength she bears
to battle for life
our scars, mere nicks
hers, wounds alive
yet, she wills to live.
she lives today,
tommorrow in my heart!
